My son had asthma symptoms Provider did her best over virtual care then recommended in person visit. She made the process easy and let the team know an estimated time of our arrival. She mentioned a second dose of albuterol might be necessary and I did that on the way to urgent care. My son’s breathing became stable. Thanks for your help and care!

Everything was at ease from making and appointment to being transferred to the ED with updated thorough notes from the transfer. Everything was available at our comfort while in the waiting room, the RNS and front desk staff were very informative as far as updating status when the room was ready.
