I love Dr. Rival. She is friendly, knowledgeable and listens to you. She does everything to make your visit worthwhile. She takes her time to assist you with any problems. She saved my life. If she would have never done certain tests on me on my very first visit to her, I would not have known about my Kidney disease. She is very thorough.

The provider and staff were pleasant. My appointment was at 9:15am. Got called to do a Covid test at 9:45. Waited in my car again until 10:30am so I called to ask how much longer of a wait time. Was finally put in a room at 10:45, quickly seen by the doctor, and out the door by 10:55.

I love Medic Access at Telegraph rd. The staff are always so nice and make you feel like your an old friend. Dr Rava is an amazing doctor. She always takes her time with me and explains everything. Great place
