Staff was so helpful - I had an insurance cha he and they took care of everything for me. The doctor was just as great with telehealth as he is in person. A super efficient process.

Hello. Unfortunately, you didn’t day me for downloading the necessary App. is named “ SOLV”.  Log in the App. was too long time and not clear, for example I don’t know how can I make my signature in App. SOLV. And etc.

Wasn’t easy to start tele visit. Not receive right text message to log in to video visit.

Paid 30 dollars for a confused visit. I should have been called or notified about my lab results, I shouldn’t have to pay for someone to review them and then not help me.

I had a couple of concerns I discussed with Dr Rashid and he answered them and recommended a couple of things that I was totally satisfied with. He is such a wonderful caring Physician. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for my primary care. I would definitely recommend.

I called from my car hoping to get an appt. soon but was put on hold for 12 minutes . When the office assistant finally called me back - I was home.  She was quite rude. I finally convinced her to set me up a televisit, which she did.

The provider I saw was supposed to send a Rx for Zofran in to my pharmacy after the TeleHealth visit and neglected to do so. I came out in cold weather to get a prescription that isn’t there.

I had terrible pain and infection from recent dental work. I was very pleased with the level of care I received.

This visit was requested by my doctor just to review the lab results. I did not initiate it. Also, it ended up getting canceled. She did not show up. Called me instead which is what I was expecting from the beginning. Lab results should either be delivered via the patient portal or by phone. They should not charge you a full visit to just tell you that you need to refill your prescription!
