The provider I saw was supposed to send a Rx for Zofran in to my pharmacy after the TeleHealth visit and neglected to do so. I came out in cold weather to get a prescription that isn’t there.

This visit was requested by my doctor just to review the lab results. I did not initiate it. Also, it ended up getting canceled. She did not show up. Called me instead which is what I was expecting from the beginning. Lab results should either be delivered via the patient portal or by phone. They should not charge you a full visit to just tell you that you need to refill your prescription!
