Please schedule tele-med visit if you are unable to come to the office, had confirmed at home positive covid test. Your lab results follow-up, back pain, neck pain, sore throat and pink eye you can schedule all as a tele-med. On the day office is closed we will have a provider to take your appointment and assist you in a case of an emergency refill needed, UTI, headache and anything that doesn't require immediate attention.
