Smooth process. Helpful friendly staff. Wait time was only 3-5 minutes. Will definitely use again!

I woke up with pink eye. I was able to get an appointment  virtually and was seen very quickly. The staff was great!

I’m sick and to have a dr ask “ what do you want from us” was kinda insensitive in my opinion. I just want to feel better and test negative for covid.

Longer wait time but overall great visit.  We have used this office for several virtual calls over the years and have always been pleased with the outcomes and quality of care

It was very easy to schedule the appointment. There was not much of a wait time. I would use this type of urgent care again.

Dr. Moore is what I call the good old Dr. that treats you with kindness & respect. He listens to what you have to say and takes it from there & not in a hurry to go on to next patient.  They can X-ray you right there in office, along with other things if necessary. Staff also has a very caring side that make you feel they are there to also help you get well again.

Felt like a burden. My original time was at 9am and had to reschedule to 9:50. Once I was on the call the doctor seemed rushed and wanting to hang up. It was very unprofessional . When you have a scheduled appointment there is always a chance that things can get shifted , and that’s understandable.

I had a kidney infection and everyone was quick and very nice to get the help I needed. The absolute best Dr and staff I've e2ncountered before thanks to all of you!!

Only negative thing I could possibly say is had to wait like 30m in the virtual wait room. The provider and the receptionist I spoke with both were very nice. Will use this again and recommend to anyone needing doctors care but can’t make it to a physical location or doctors office.

Great help will definitely use agian. Attentive needs were met. Short wait time.
