The wait was over an hour even though I had made an appointment online. A few days ago I came in with another child and the wait was almost 2 hours. There was no doctor on site so we had to zoom, which we could have done from home if we had known. I have been using nextcare because the cost is less than other places I have tried, but I will likely go back to somewhere else

I booked on line and got a confirmation. However no where on the website did say there wasn't a Dr on site. We arrived and the lady asked if I got a text that they didn't have a dr there today. I said no. So I could have not only gone to another urgent care place . I could have also just stayed at home. Sine we used my own phone to do the appointment. Not to mention my daughter has an ear ache, very bad soar throat and cough. And all she got was some ear drops. This was a waste of my time and money and the insurance money. We are back today so she can have her throat swabed. And the insurance wi be paying for 2 dr visits. I think the office needs to call you if something like this occurs.
