I had a bout with bronchitis before and knew it was bronchitis again since I was visiting out of state using the portal was very easy and helpful to get an appointment and to get some medication.

Provider Alex was respectful and kind. Helped get me all the things I needed in no time and listened to what to me.  Would recommend anytime!!

Great teledoc experience and quick and easy to set up

I have been on an antibiotic for 9 days and he is going to prescribe some different kind of antibiotics to help this go away completely. So nice!!!!

The provider was punctual, thorough and so nice. Very happy with my visit.

I clicked on to get to my video visit and all it showed was waiting waiting and now it's in. My video visit is complete but it never even occurred. Will someone please reach out to me to get this visit to happen?

Not so good. Video failed shortly after we started. Took along time to get back on a phone call. Could not locate my records. Did not get what I needed.

This is a complete waste of time. It didn't take long for them to tell me that they couldn't help me, but they charged me for sure. $65 to hear you can't help me is unreasonable. When people come into my store and I can't help them I don't charge them and then send them away. Ever!
