Had a bad sore throat and laryngitis. Easily scheduled appointment. Staff was friendly. Did a virtual appointment w a PA. The PA was awesome and very kind/caring/empathetic.  Definitely recommend!

Went in to be tested for Covid, flu, & strep due to sore throat. I needed to be in & out within an hour which I was. The tech who checked my vital signs & did the testing was personable. Had to be seen by tele health since no provider on site. The telehealth with NP who was pleasant & listened to me regarding symptoms. She ordered throat culture to be sure if strep & ordered me antibiotic to start & if results come back negative can stop antibiotic. Waiting for results. My throat was worse the next day so did start antibiotic.  I will use them again when needed for minor health concerns.

I drove to the clinic and they switched me to virtual there. No one put hands on me to auscult or look at my throat for strep. It was marginal care at specialist prices.

Scheduled easily, called to inform there would be no provider and I would be assessed virtually. It would be helpful for staff to explain the reason for extra wait time due to disrupted change of appts to virtual. In waiting area with no patients taken back and 3 staff members behind the reception area would ease ill feeling client to know staff is working to get virtual set up and to do so with an empathetic smile. Good experience overall.

You guys need a PA in the office and not by Teledoc. The quality of video and sound was pour. We had to connect several times. The lady on the video ask me to tell her if my sore throat needed a streep test. If she was in the office she could have told me yes or know. I won't be going back.

Woke up with a UTI.  Went to this urgent care where there is not a doctor on site.  Scheduling was difficult for me.  The wait time was very fast.  I did see a doctor via telephone-visit who was in Dallas and I in Victoria.  It was just wierd!
