When I checked in I was told no provider in house, but was doing tela health. I think it would have been nice to know that while there was only a few ppl in wait room that the wait to be called back was over an hour. In addition I was not told that after the screen in nurse was done that I needed to watch out for a text. I was not told to do the paperwork on the link. Better communication between staff and patient would be a good improvement

Waited approximately one and a half hours after the scheduled appointment time. I was then reassigned to a room with minimal instructions on how to prepare for a virtual meeting. After overcoming technical difficulties, I was able to participate in the virtual appointment, which lasted only five minutes. I am deeply dissatisfied with my recent appointment and treatment experience. Consequently, I have decided to discontinue using this facility.

I didn’t know that it would be telehealth until I got in for my appt. I didn’t want to have to try to get in somewhere else but would have declined if I knew ahead of getting there. Everyone was very nice.

First of all all the staff I worked with this visit were fantastic. I’ll take responsibility for not understanding that I was going to be seen via telehealth once I got into an exam room. I realize that wasn’t customary but because the usual (in person) provider was ill. It worked out ok but it definitely wasn’t as thorough an exam as a result of corporate decision to keep the clinic open.  Again, thank you to the on site staff and virtual provider for your great care of people.

Scheduled an appointment for 11:15am. Didn’t start til 12pm. Had to talk virtually to a doctor. Very inconvenient. Went to get a test for an STI. The doctor didn’t tell me that the urine test doesn’t test for myoplasma gentilium nor did the front desk lady and I wasted $75 bc they didn’t tell me til after I peed and paid. The whole telehealth thing was awful. This is not COVID-19 anymore. I want my money back I went there to get the specifically tested yet no one told me that is a separate test in the urine for testing stds

They should tell you it’s tele-health before you check in. I don’t know how a PA/Dr can assess what’s wrong without actually seeing you face to face (in-person). FaceTiming and using the light on the Otoscope (for ears) to shine in my own mouth while holding the phone close doesn’t seem effective or very “medical like”! Very disappointed.

Total waste of 65 dollars and 2 hrs of my time. My roll of toilet paper would have given a better visit !

I wasn't sure how it could work but it was pretty smooth, we will see if diagnosis was correct in a few days..I definitely would recommend it to people with minor illness...
