The entire process was user-friendly. I didn’t feel lost in any of the scheduling process. I really appreciated the fact that I didn’t need to leave my house for this consultation. The payment process and selecting the pharmacy was quite simple as well. For sure would be using this service again in the future.

Customer service is terrible! I’ve made several attempts to get an itemized receipt with no response and now I’m having to pay my FSA balance back. Will never do service with this company again.

I will go with someone else for my care. Yesterday felt rude, unheard and the doctor spent more time talking to dismiss me then actually help me. I wad told I would be provided a list of recommendations for tests, I received none. Thanks for nothing.
