PAYMENT Many insurances cover a virtual health visit. You will have an opportunity to add your insurance information. Without insurance, the virtual visit cash price is $125. We accept most major insurances and many cover virtual health visits. Self-pay visits are available for a fee of $125. Members of our Advantage program qualify for virtual visits for $39. This is by far my family’s favorite Urgent Care. The scheduled times and virtual options are absolute game-changers when you have multiple kiddos. Beyond that, staff is always extremely friendly, respectful, and thorough- you don’t feel ‘blown off’ by any means. It’s really the best of both worlds, and we’re very grateful to have found it! Had difficulty scheduling a video appt. The process wast clear and had to many steps. Other systems send me a txt with one link and brings me straight to the online “waiting room”. In this process I had to reschedule 3 times finally ending up at the facility. That being said the staff was wonderful, 5 stars for sure.
