PediaClinic Convenient Care Clinic

Everything regarding our visit was fantastic. I scheduled an appointment online, completed all paperwork online, and arrived to be seen immediately. Everyone was incredibly friendly, and I couldn’t have asked for a better doctor to take care of my sick 5 year old. We will definitely return.

Dr. Rich was a calming, reassuring voice. We appreciated his ability to draw from his experience & provide excellent insight. We would recommend him without reservation to family & friends alike.

I was easily able to schedule an appointment online. The staff was kind, friendly, and very helpful. We will definitely be coming back again!!

Thanks as always I appreciate having this option as a full time working mom to help see my kids for concerns after work or if they’re very sick.

The staff, including the doctor, were so patient with my son. He was upset having to be at the doctor's office and didn't want to do any tests. They spoke gently to him and helped him feel comfortable to receive treatment. We had a great experience at PediaClinic.

PediaClinic has been a wonderful addition to the area! The ability to get excellent pediatric care, even on the weekends, is invaluable. The staff is great to work with, very kind and helpful. The facility is easy to get to, comfortable and extremely clean. I will continue to use PediaClinic and recommend it to my family and friends.

I never knew this existed! What a Godsend for those critical medical issues when your child needs to be seen, but the peds. office is closed or has no appts. Our pediatrician recommended we go there after hours (5:00) and was even able to see they had open appts. untill 8pm on a Friday! You book online/the check-in process was awesome and describe as much as needed (had a special needs teen with an embarrassing issue who preferred a female). They made it happen, understood his innate quirkiness/anxiety. Really listened to me as a parent of a special kiddo without dismissing me or, acting stern, or trying to rush us. That meant a lot!! We needed an antibiotic going into a 3-day weekend. Wrote the Rx there and we were able to fill it near closing time at a pharmacy. Even though it was simple, they were lifesavers. And a positive place to go! The only computer glitch was they didn't get the info about the special needs/possible anxiety/unexpected behaviors ahead of time. Waiting was harder than it should have been. But they soon found my referral and understood. Wasn't busy at all on a Friday night. Thank you for your kindness!

They took us right in even though it was the end of the evening. They took wonderful care of my daughter and were friendly, timely and fantastic!!

I have had good experiences here before but the provider I saw last night was not ideal. Before seeing my kid she was coughing frequently into her hands and then picking stuff from her teeth. She did use hand sanitizer but would have preferred she washed her hands after that. My baby had yet another virus after still healing from the last and her advice was "well you'll be dealing with this until May". Additionally the nurse told me my baby did not have fever despite him having a rectal temp of 101.7 at home 20 minutes prior with no medication. The bedside manner of the nurse and provider were not the best.

We waited 55 mins for them to tell us they would not do a sports physical for my daughter. I scheduled a “sports physical” which was one of their options, only for them to tell me they don’t feel comfortable doing them.
