Pediatric and Adolescent Urgent Care of WNY, Orchard Park

Daughter was sick for a few days and on Tuesday afternoon woke up from had a high fever, runny eyes & nose and a bad cough. Made an online appt to be seen and within an hour of scheduling w she had an appt and we were in the office to be seen. The care we received for her was very caring, staff was very friendly, taken care of in timely fashion 0 complaints!!! I would visit again in the future & recommend this provider for sure!!

Liam hit his head and I knew I wanted him to see a pediatric urgent care vs the ER. I knew we could count on them to not take the whole night to check out. The check in process was easy although we’d love a virtual way to do so while still doing everything including paying co payment. It would take the ease of being there alone with your child while they’re sleeping or injured or sick and it takes a while to check in at times. The staff was very friendly and the Drs and nurses were very helpful in assessing his injury very fast. I always recommend moms to this location because you all are amazing. I wish some of the drs would open their own practice for pediatrics because they’re top notch and even better than some everyday pediatrician's.

My daughter split her head open at school and needed stitches. I was able to quickly and easily book an appointment. Shelby was wonderful with my daughter. She kept her calm and distracted and did an amazing job with the stitches. Everyone helped ease my and my husband’s worry. Thank you!

The nurse and pa were excellent and patient why my 2 year old. It really made a difference. She loved the popsicle too! Thanks so much

Was able to get in and out for a suspected and confirmed ear infection. Absolutely great staff and service. Definitely recommend

Everything was great, I just have a suggestion about bedside manner. The person we saw that gave us the flu B diagnosis was telling us about the side effects of Tamiflu. I appreciated that, but she described that it can cause hallucinations and went into great detail about what that can be like which scared my 8 year old. I would have appreciated if she had left it at hallucinations since I know what those are instead of describing the fact that she’s seen kids come in seeing spiders crawling down the wall several times in a loud voice.

I took my son in to be looked at for congestion, cough, and a rash on his face. She looked him over physically, looked in his ears and throat, then just sent us home. Called it a virus but didn’t do any swabs or anything. It would be nice to have that peace of mind instead of just saying that parents hate hearing it’s a virus.
