We made an appointment to avoid the opening rush- but it didn’t matter. We checked in first using the QR code. Had all the paperwork completed and still it took 20 mins and several walk ins who were t checked in or held an appt before he was seen. We all walked in the door as they opened at 10- one of the 4 families waiting had an appt (us) there was no point in scheduling- people weren’t taken until they paid (fine) but then please ask- did anyone gave an appt? Before taking the line of walk ins. Annoying and frustrating-
