Everything went smooth and without a hitch. I had a number of issues with scheduling and confirming my appt, but once I finally got telehealth on, everything went smoothly. All we had to do was come in to get a nasal swab and then leave. All in all, positive experience. My only complaint, and it was definitely a problem, was using the phone tree system and speaking to people who were not in the DC office. Very upsetting and unnerving and frustrating.
