I’m so angry. When I made an appointment for my child and myself this morning the doctor said she would make an appointment for me at 12:40 but she didn’t. Then they told me I would have to see the doctor in two hours to wait for the appointment that THEY messed up. Worse service ever.

The virtual visit was great but the in-person portion was abysmal. No point to have an appointment because they treat the walk-ins and people with appointments the same and keep them on the same list.

We scheduled a COVID-19 test for our 2-year-old daughter at 10:20 AM, but she ultimately wasn’t seen until 11:50. Throughout the hour and a half we were waiting — and trying to keep a toddler occupied — it was impossible to get any information about when we would be seen. It appears the bottleneck was at the front desk, which appeared to be incapable of processing patients in a timely manner. Once we were taken to a room, we waited for an additional 20 minutes and the providers didn’t seem to realize we were there — since one of them called us and hadn’t been told we were in an exam room. When our daughter finally got her test, the swab appeared to go to deep, causing blood to gush out of her nose covering her face and clothing. We have previously visited the PM Pediatrics location in Rockville and had a wonderful experience. We will not be going back to the Germantown location and would advise any parent we know to avoid it.
