Had trouble getting online—mismatch of equipment and my skills. Your staff were excellent in guiding me through the process and the nurse practitioner was extremely professional and thorough from getting my history and symptoms to diagnosis, treatment, etc. All of the urgent care facilities were closed or full on Christmas Eve. An ER visit would have taken 4-6 hours and the pharmacies would have been closed by then. Within a few hours I made the appointment, was seen, and had my prescription and peace of mind. Please relay my thanks to everyone for taking such good care of me.

I had trouble scheduling an appiontment because I scheduled through Solvhealth, got a conformation and thought it was a done deal. Wasn’t told I had to download the Privia Virtual Clinic App, so l was never sent a link and my appointment was canceled. However, when I called Privia directly and asked what happened they were wonderful! Now that I know what to do I will definitely use them again. The staff were patient and both helpful and knowledgeable. They offered more advice then I thought to ask about, and I really appreciated the extra help they took the time to give me. I felt like I was in good hands.

I waited for over an hour for the 1st appointment I made. I finally disconnected and made another appointment 3 hours later. I have been in the “virtual waiting room” for 40 minutes. All local urgent care facilities are booked/packed. This seemed like a viable, much easier option. However I’ve still not spoken to a provider.

Waited for 2.5 hrs. Someone contacted me prior to appt who was very nice that informed me that they were very busy and he was running behind. 2.5 hrs is ridiculous. If i could have gotten out of house i would have. Never again. I knew i had diverticulitis as i have had in past. Dr said because i was 61 and had diabetes he could not treat me. So i waited 2.5 hrs paid copay and then was told i should go to er because i might need imaging. Terrible experience. Ended up contacting gi dr who called in rxs that i needed and i am feeling much better.
