Second day, two trips to the pharmacy and they say they do not have my scripts. Horrible experience from start to finish! And a waste of money. Don’t send me a bill because it won’t be paid. Going to another clinic.

Scheduling easy enough, had to wait on the doctor but it wasn’t horrible. However bedside manners were terrible, not personable at all. Also your on camera- you would think appearance and facial expressions along with mannerisms would be at the forefront of your mind. She was just down right rude. Appreciate the 4 minutes and antibiotics. 🙄

Integrity is the only urgent care facility in our tiny little country town. But they treat us like kings and queens here. I'm glad they don't have any competition, other than the hospital ER, because they deserve the business of every person here. I can always get an appointment same day, maybe 5 minutes in the waiting room, and all the staff are incredibly professional and friendly. I always leave there with a smile, no matter how bad I feel. Integrity is the BEST!!!

Beside manner and scheduling is fine. But the care they provide is GARBAGE. They don’t know what cold sore treatment requires. They prescribed me ONE day treatment. 2 extra refills “In case it comes back”. Had to ask pharmacy to fill all of them to give me a few days to find another provider. Cold sores takes minimum one WEEK to heal to prevent from coming back sooner and that’s with medicine. If treatment stops in middle of outbreak, the outbreak worsens and bleeds severely and gets painful. Without treatment it takes minimum TWO weeks. Have had fever blister outbreaks most of my life and medicine has to continue until it heals. Other health care provider gave me 2 weeks worth of medication. Do not go to them for any herpes outbreak. They will not give you enough medicine. I did call to ask for adjustment and they refused. Said that’s the recommended dose and it’s clearly not correct.

As usual, I needed medical attention after normal hours. I was very grateful for virtual care. I woke up with an extremely sore, red, swollen and oozing eyelid. I had an appointment made, fulfilled and medication in hand by 1:00. This was the 3rd time I've needed a virtual appointment, same "office." All my pertinent information was available for easy check-in. Thank you!

Should have just went to the ER. I would have saved money. After being told by this PA. If it gets worse for to the ER. That's is why I scheduled the virtual visit was to get medicine before it got worse. He did not give me anything. I told him I had bronchitis. He wouldn't. Listen.
