Doctor seemed very knowledgeable, but was pretty disappointed I wasn’t able to get the medication I know works for me and that I’ve been on for a long time and was the main thing I was seeking, because I know what works for me. So to be honest it felt a bit like a waste of time and money.

Had a follow up appointment for medication. Provider was extremely caring and attentive. Medication was at the pharmacy that night ready for pick-up (which with other clinics or providers I would have to wait days or have to remind them to call it in even when they voiced un the visit they had ordered it) I have anxiety about going into the doctor's office so telehealth works perfect for me. The app is easy to use. No issues with scheduling or connectivity. Wonderful service. I have already recommended this service to others and I have been a nurse for more than 20 years.

I felt heard with my concerns and seemed to genuinely care and want to help. I finished my appointment and was able to pick up my meds in 30 minutes.
