The facility was closed down Waist of my time

This morning I scheduled a Covid test for the evening to “guarantee" my appointment. I received multiple emails about confirmation of my appointment and reminding me my appointment was in 30 minutes. I showed up 15-20 minutes earlier than my appointment. I filled out all my paperwork online and I checked in for my appointment after I pulled up yo the location. No one is in the building and the lights are on. I tried to call and all the messages are automated- you don’t speak to a person. I waited until my appointment time. No one was there. I waited 5 min past my appointment time to which no one was around and I decided to go, because it’s freezing out and the sign on the doo says they are closed but will be back - I’m gonna assume another day because there has been no one in sight for 30 minutes. My insurance better not be billed for such a scam!

It was good but getting responses from you aren’t - have Received many codes but no answers to my questions. I would like to know if and when I will get a text regarding my test which was negative. Do you send out the results
