They took way too long. Like the other person said. Extremely misleading. If you need it asap, Don't come here. Waste of time if you need it immediately.

I wouldn’t recommend going here if you need results within 24-48 hours. It takes too long to get results back. Their website is misleading. It says results in 24-48 hours but what they aren’t telling you is that’s 24-48 hours from when the lab gets your sample. It took them 48 hours to just get my sample the last two times we tested. I waited 4 days before I had my results. I called and emailed and no one was helpful in their responses. No empathy and just copy and paste type responses. Very disappointed and never going again back to that site to test. To the people working on site, they are friendly and helpful and make the process easy but not after that.
