Was able to do a tele health appt. So grateful for them. As my appt was 2:30 I understand that they get terribly busy. My wait time was not too bad after my time. Dr. Was very nice. The link that was sent to do a face time did not work. She was kind enough to help me anyways. Grateful you are in Santa Clarita. Thank you. Definitely recommend!

My grandson woke up with a sore throat fever head achea cough and chest pains from his cough.

The wait time is terrible. Be considerate of your patients over the phone.

I scheduled online,the 1st appt was gone by the time I finished so I took the next available which is ok. I signed on the app 5mins before the appt then waited 1.5hrs, no text, email, or response. I called the clinic & was told to stay on the app, they were busy & someone will come shortly. 4hrs later I called again, I was asked a few questions then a PA came on the screen. The actual appt was ok but he prescribed ibuprofen after I told him I can't take it due to diabetes. I asked for a note for work, it was emailed to me but no signature. I called, left a message & emailed but no response. Today I called the clinic & they emailed me the note with an illegible signature & no printed name of the PA. I'm a PT so I know proper medical documentation & signature requirements. My work will not pay me with out this note so I am stressed waiting to hear back & didn't get to rest on Tuesday having to stay on the app for 6hrs. This is unacceptable.

I repeat I did not see a doctor I was waiting for 1 hour and 40 minutes no one answered my video call ! I’ll be reaching out to my insurance to see if I got billed for a doctor I did not se !

It took the doctor 1 hour to see me and that’s after call after calls I made to get them online after at first waiting 30 minutes.   Wierd?
