Serving as a primary care provider in the Syracuse area, Syracuse Community Health Center sees mostly an appointment-driven patient population, however, they may support walk-in patients during certain hours. It appears as though their practice is routinely open 7 days a week at their clinic located at 819 S Salina St with today's hours being 7:30AM to 11:00PM. It is certainly best to call the clinic to schedule an appointment, or ask about walk-in availability.

you can not get thru via phone...ever. The recordings are bogus and if you have even a simple question it can not be answered. The problem with the website is that because the phone situation is so wrong it leaves you doubting as to whether the site is accurate and up to date. I wish there were dates shown to verify its recent information. Thank you.

There needs be better organization and explanations on why things are done. If a blood pressure test is mandated for Dental Procedures why is there no clear answer as to the reason and steps to help. There are Physicians in that building and the departments can communicate with each other if a patient needs assistance with that so they are not wasting a patients time going back and forth several times. It feels as if they do that so they don’t have to do the procedures in the Dental Department. It shows disrespect of people’s time especially when they are in pain. Also very poor customer service and quality of care. No friendliness. Disappointing all around.

I haven’t been there in years but was informed by a friend of how professional and urgent had been now. Terrible service. My appointment was at 9:00 am I am just leaving now at 1:22pm. I wasn’t acknowledged by the front desk staff until I had asked for the second time about how much longer would it be until my children were seen. we were later accommodated to a room for another hour just to be pacified at that time aggravatingly I opened the door to ensure we weren’t forgotten about. Still no apology for the excessive wait. When the doctor finally arrived one of the nurses stopped by the room to ensure the doctor was ok. Not myself nor my children. I left at 12:30 to discuss with an administrator my frustrations and about ten minutes after my departure the nurse showed to give my children the shots they needed for school. Finally my concerns were addressed and an apology was made. Nevertheless Disgusted is all I am left with about this visit nothing kind to say about that place.

Have been going to the dentist-not so bad-once your there. But just try to call--no one answers. Call day after day...no one answers. The recording ask you to leave a message...why?? No one gets it. Never have been called back. Only results are when you go to the department you need...can't even set up an appointment-that's why there are so many walk-ins.
