I have usually gotten very through care at this facility, but not today. The wait time was over and hour and a half! No test that I requested were done upon arrival to cut wait time. And no test were even ordered. The NP also prescribed steroid cream for my daughter’s face which is an absolute worst medication for the face! Any dermatologist would be extremely upset with this practice. It causes more extreme problems. I believe my child has staph and spreading to eyes. A simple antibiotic would have prevented the spread and been a better option if it is staph. Staph is more possible with being in the ocean and pools as well. My son was probably treated correctly but was given medication eye drops for one eye only. Anyone knows the eyes usually both get infected, but she didn’t research the eye drop compatibility with his Atropine drops used in the other eye that is probably already infected. I told her clearly that both eyes had mucus in them this morning but I guess this was ignored. I’m not happy with the care here at all!!

It was very convenient to choose an appointment time online. I was able to fill out all paperwork online as well. We had a 10:20 appointment and we were walking out in under an hour. Staff was friendly and the NP took her time and answered all our questions. We will definitely be back whenever we have sick kids on the weekends!

My son’s needs were met once we got past the horrendous wait time. His appointment was for 3 o’clock PM. I got there 25 minutes early in case more paperwork was needed. We didn’t see anyone until after 5 o’clock PM. My son’s patience ran thin as any child, who’s not feeling well, would. Due to the wait time, I wanted to leave, but I’m glad I did not. If you have a mind to wait, I recommend this clinic. Your needs will be aptly met. I like the app because you can see your real time place in line.

This experience was horrible. Incredibly long wait time and the most uncaring, rude Dr or NP I’ve ever experienced. Could not tell you what her level of education was because she never introduced herself.

I booked an appointment for my daughter at 3:40. Upon arrival we were checked in and got settled in the lobby. During our wait time another child threw up on the floor. His mom alerted the lady at the front desk when it happened and again after she came out from the bathroom after cleaning him up. The lady acknowledged her but never did anything to clean it up or let someone else know it needed to be cleaned. About an hour later another family came in and one of them walked right through it. I have no clue how she didn’t see it, but the point is it shouldn’t have been there. At that point I pointed it out again to the lady at the desk. Roughly 15 minutes later she got up and cleaned it. At no point during that time was she so busy that she couldn’t clean it up. The TV was incredibly loud the whole time we were there as well. Multiple people asked them to turn it down, but it never happened. An hour and 40 minutes past our appointment time we were finally called back. The nurse and doctor were kind and caring. The rest of the facility was clean, but the wait time and unprofessional front desk staff were a let down.
