Easy to schedule. Filled everything online. Got in fast then waited 38 minutes to have anyone come into the room to talk to us. Nurse did vitals and ignored my child who was trying to answer her questions. Doctor was a bit after that and was quick and fine. Slightly abrupt and spoke down to my child when she asked about what a virus was and how sick she was. But overall it was fine for a quicker in and out experience.

Took my toddler for check up related to inflammation and the doctor was completely clueless of the issue even after looking straight at it. Didn’t even examine the kid properly and gave us generic suggestion to clean and apply cortisone on the effected area. As a parent my reason to go in is to help my kid in pain. If there is nothing for the doctor to do, a clear diagnosis on what’s happening, why it may be happening and how we can help the kid and what is the follow-up if something changes or doesn’t change would have been greatly appreciated. I didn’t get any such inputs and felt like a wasted visit.
