Every time I take my kids here I have great experiences and the treat my kids with care and always very professional

Fast service, friendly and my kid loved the cheery doctor and she even got a rubber ducky and a candy.

Doctors are not thorough of diligent Typically have to go to pediatrician office to get a diagnosis unless it is strep. Only good for strep test.

We were able to make an appointment within the hour and loved the whole office staff and provider.  Very caring and kind and loved the conservative approach which put this mama at ease.  I will definitely be back if needed in future

Quality of Care is too bad, seems doctors don't want to work or don't know medicine.

Son injured arm during late soccer game. Jumped on website and made appointment, we walked in to a warm welcome just before close! Staff was outstanding, got us in, X-rays and splints on. Referred us to appropriate follow up ortho group and stayed late to make sure we had everything we needed.

Immediate Relief for My Son’s Ear Infection I took my son to Urgent Care for Kids in Dallas today after he developed a painful ear infection. The staff was incredibly welcoming and made sure my son felt comfortable right away. The doctor was thorough, diagnosed the ear infection quickly, and prescribed antibiotics. The facility was clean, kid-friendly, and we didn’t wait long. My son was already feeling better by the time we left. I’m so relieved we found such efficient care on the same day!

The whole staff was awesome! Expedient and excellent service. Quick results and wonderful follow up instructions.

The location opened about 15 minutes late today (3:15pm) and our appointment was for 3:00pm. After several trips to the counter (first being told we’d need to meet our deductible, which is not the case with my insurance, then having to redo all the checking process to pay) we sat in the waiting room for over 45 minutes. So, we were called back around 4:05pm for a 3:00pm appointment. After being seen, we then sat for another 10+ minutes to have a strep swab done. It was just an unacceptable visit length for the second appointment of the day.
