The doctor was amazing. The staff/nurse's a no,no.

It was quick and easy to book an appointment and enter the necessary data online so that when we arrived we didn’t have to do any paperwork

The Dr was amazing I am so thankful for her the little one loved her

I scheduled the night before and got there early, check in was quick and easy and the wasn’t super long. We were in and out, the doctor and nurses were great! This is my go to from now on!

Love this place . Staffing goes way beyond. When the kids are sick I always bring them here.

The staff was by far the best at any pediatric clinic/ UC I've ever been to.

It wasn’t a problem finding a time slot. We made an appointment for one child went in and waited for about 20 or so minutes. I added my other child and had to do paperwork on my other child so it added more of a wait time. She is also already in the system and all the information is connected to her sibling and myself so I didn’t understand why we had to wait even longer due to paperwork. It was all the questions. If you have all our information already on file the only question should be (have anything changed and go from there.) We were called to the back and sat there over 25 minutes and no one spoke to us and told us anything. Office staff had already begun to leave for the day . It was empty we were the only patients there when we were called to the back. The doctor decided to see another patient, that came in after us and when I asked why I was told due to their injuries. They felt it was necessary to see them first which was fine. They definitely could’ve communicated. The office was pretty empty so I didn’t understand the long wait at all. The staff wasn’t rude, but they definitely wasn’t friendly. The nurse practitioner was a little friendly. She also made me feel as so of my concerns were falling on deaf ears. I told her what I thought my child may have had and she gave my an example of how it can be here, there or so about what I thought she had but never an actual diagnosis.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had such a great experience at this pediatric urgent care! The staff was incredibly kind, patient, and welcoming from the moment we walked in. The provider was amazing—took time to listen, explain everything clearly, and made my child feel comfortable and cared for. You can really tell they love what they do. Highly recommend this clinic to any parent!
