This is normally my go to urgent care for the kids. Usually our visits are quick and efficient. Today we were the 3rd appointment after they opened and it took over 2 hours to be seen by the provider. Hopefully this is an anomaly, but if this continues we will be finding another urgent care.

Easy to schedule but clearly very under staffed. Had one of the first appointments and went in and arrived on time and had prefilled all the paperwork out. Still took almost four hours for a strep test and to get a prescription sent to our pharmacy.

I recently took my daughter to this urgent care, and I had a very positive experience. The front desk staff were friendly and welcoming, making check-in quick and easy. The wait time was minimal, which was a huge relief. The PA who treated my daughter was excellent – professional, kind, and thorough in her assessment. She took the time to explain everything and made sure we felt comfortable with the treatment plan. Overall, I’m very impressed with the level of care and the efficiency of the entire visit. Highly recommend this urgent care!

Front desk staff aren’t very welcoming and probably need to be working behind a wall instead of at the front of a “kids” urgent care. I had a credit from December and they were not willing to take the time to look at account. Instead I was given the number to billing. Once I had billing confirmed our credit I took my phone to Rosey who spoke with billing while rolling her eyes. The MA and provider were excellent.
