Checked in at 11:30am & was finally called at 1:00pm & then waited another 45min for doctor to come. Never going there again. They first thing they did right after Check in was take payment. If it wasn't for that I would have taken my child somewhere else. That's why they take your money firat so y9u don't leave.

I'm glad that we have a safe place to take our kids after 5 pm without an appointment because sometimes our kids get sick in 1 hour and they have fever, pain and we get so worried. But knowing that we have you makes me feel better. Thank you very much.

The staff at this facility were, with one exception, incredibly kind and knowledgeable. However, I must document my concern regarding the conduct and medical judgment of one provider: an Asian-American female nurse practitioner, approximately in her 30s, who was both rude and dismissive throughout our visit. Specifically, she disregarded our concerns about the risk of water intoxication in our 7-month-old infant after he ingested a significant quantity of water earlier today. Despite observable symptoms including projectile vomiting, reduced body temperature, and sudden lethargy—none of which were present prior to the ingestion—this provider refused our request to order bloodwork to assess for potential hyponatremia or electrolyte imbalance. She incorrectly asserted that a breastfed 7-month-old cannot experience water intoxication unless they consume 60–70 ounces of water, a statement that reflects a troubling misunderstanding of pediatric hydration thresholds and associated risks. Relying on this flawed assumption, she declined to take further diagnostic action. This is not being submitted as a routine internal complaint. As an attorney and a parent, I am formally documenting this encounter as evidence of potential medical malpractice, in the event that our child suffers any adverse outcome as a result of this provider’s failure to meet an appropriate standard of care.

The front desk was very cold and indifferent. She didn't tell you that she sent a link to your phone and you need to fill out a 10+ page form online, nor did she tell you that if the mobile network is not good, you can use Wi-Fi
