The office smelled like smoke and the wait was so long that we waited for more than an hour then left.

It’s always super easy and quick to schedule very clean and welcoming staff. In and out most of the time.

Second time visiting this urgent care and the front desk older lady with glasses is always rude/ in a bad mood. Wait times are dramatic as well. CareNow sees you in 15 min but here you have to wait 3 hours to be seen?

Nurse practitioner and medical assistant were great, friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Front desk person not so friendldly, did not even look up when we walked to front desk, no greeting just looking at her screen and speaking in a mumbling tone where could not understand her. Office is clean and very nice just need better customer service at the front desk as they are the first face of your business and can be a complete turn off for business.?

I took my son yesterday for urgent care services. I spent almost two hours until I got call by a nurse. They check my baby's weight and everything else. I wait 30 more minutes until the practitioner nurse come. She checked my son and told me that he needed it a nasal swap for Covid and Flu. The results takes 20 minutes. I waited for another 45 minutes until I got the results. The prescription wasn't send completely, only one of the medicines was ready for pick up. When I call the office today they say that both prescriptions were sent. 25 minutes after I called, I received a text message from the pharmacy with both prescriptions ready.

My son is on the autism spectrum and the whole team is amazing with him!

Went in and out, ingrown wasn’t able to be taken out due to infection. Hopefully the ointment helps somewhat. With the ingrown nail! Cost of everything was $226! Hopefully it’s better than taken her to foot Dr. Ankle place. For the procedure.

The Dr we saw was amazing!   Ahe had the perfect bedside manner for a pediatrician.  She was so good with my daughter.

We had such a wonderful experience here! Every single part of our visit was great. Thank you so much to all of the staff.
