Don’t waste your time. Preregister on line and it said to be there at 9:07. Gave up after waiting over 3 hours. What a joke.

I literally waited for 8 hours to get seen by someone here. Once I dud get into a room in the back a nurse came in and said she would be right back. An hour later I got up and walked out. You would think that I was trying to get seen in a third world country. This was the worst experience ever on trying to be seen by a medical professional. Worst ever.

Absolutely the worst urgent care ever! Even after making an appointment, we had a 2+ hour wait. After finally be brought back and waiting another 10 minutes, I was told I'd have to go to another local because their xray machine was not working. When we asked why they couldn't have told us at check-in, the doctor told us that it is POLICY that they cannot disclose the fact their machine is broken!!! What?!? Why?!? Then it took another hour to splint my kids hand which I could've done in 5 minutes. The doctor said not to worry, they will take you right in for the xray and all of your information. But that was a lie much like the appointment time. We're now 3 plus hours in and still no x-ray. To make it worse, the front desk staff seemed to not even care about the wait time. And the waiting room was far from being full. And this all for my 5 year old son! This kid has been so patient, but the mistake by Well-Key is not acceptable.

Poor experience with results and staff up front. Had Covid swab Friday. They for some reason can't tell you the price of test and that's it extra until after visit (kinda lied when I asked when making appt). Now it's been 4 days and I waited 3 days before calling and having to leave message with nurses...24 hours later still no response. Am being told no managers available anywhere in organization to speak with. Can't go back to work til I know so am losing pay over Christmas. I do not recommend them if they are this disorganized.

After being a fourth person in line and waiting over 2 hours to get a prescription ,I went to pick it up and they prescribed me exactly what I told her that I was already taking also I was given the wrong Bill and a kept my license and insurance card.i had to go back and get them

Everything was great until I went to leave and they lost my drivers license. Maybe a little tip to the front desk, when people are standing at the front waiting to leave we can hear you complaining in the back to your coworkers. It is not my fault that proper policy and procedures were not followed. Please do not take it out on the patient. I want to leave here as much as you want me to. Being in pain and forced to stay in your facility longer than I have to is not my idea of a good time.

My husband got a piece of his hearing aid stuck in his left ear. On Sunday I made an appointment for him the next morning. We got there, he went in to check in then came back to the car to wait for them to text him when they were ready for him. 5 minutes later they texted, he went in, they were easily able to get the piece out, he paid & was out in less than 25 minutes. The woman he saw was nice & pleasant. This is the 3rd time he has gone there & every visit was a pleasant experience. The 1st visit they diagnosed him with cellulitis. We feel that they saved his life.

My only concern was that I was given a knee brace that is so big that it falls down off of my knee. It’s not helping at all. What do I do now ?
