Solv needs a better system. I was sent a different link via text to also start a call which requested re entering same “paperwork” data. Call did not work. Other call did not work. Provider had to call over the phone. Medical documents did not sync. Save time and frustration and just go in person.

Excellent encounter with the nurse practitioner. Responded to my concerns in a caring and thoughtful manner. The virtual visit dynamics were horrible. Not clear how this was going to work. No explanation beforehand. And when I finally made a connection, the provider’s link continually crashed. Ended up as a phone call. Ok for this purpose, but REALLY??

There was a problem at Westmed so I had to wait 50 minutes. Then I had to go to the physical urgent care anyway. I have been sitting here for a half hour in pain. This is miserable.

Excellent experience made something that would take a whole day only take an hour! Super satisfied
