This review if for the scheduling service and not the facility itself. The lady that I spoke to when I arrived was very nice and professional. We arrived shortly before the scheduled appt time to find out that the clinic was closed for the day. I informed the lady that I had an appt and she said she is not sure why they are scheduling appts because they don’t even take appts. I was very disappointed that I had just driven almost 40 minutes for no reason.

Was told I would have results by noon the next day. Here it is 5pm and no results. They aren't answering my calls and am sure they have calle ID since she called me by name when I called previously.

This facility does not recognize Solv appointments. Do not book through Solv.

Terrible terrible terrible. Waited for hours beyond our appointment. No communication. Our appointment apparently no longer is accepted with the company.

I went yesterday and asked someone where I had to go to get my test and they told me to get in line. My appointment was at 1:00 I left at 3:48 pm. I understand it can be busy but I arrived at 12:50. You can see why I was upset.

I thought it was going to be a indoor experience. However, Im guessing due to the volume, it was a drive through. I thought i signed up for rapid test, at this moment, we dont have a result back from our test. 3.5 hours later. All things considered tho. it was good, we got it done. now we wait.

the biggest waste of time. i had to wait 45 mins just for them to acknowledge my vehicle and tell me to wait. 20 mins later she gives me a paper and i wait another 10 mins for her to come back and get it. 45 mins later i get a cotton swab up my nose and “ur good to go”. lemme tell you these nurses weren’t doing sh*t. i had to watch the nurses walk around with no purpose for 2 hours. i called bc i haven’t gotten my results. “it’s gonna be 24-48 hours” ITS BEEN FOUR DAYS no results. biggest waste of time don’t even bother

I came to get covid tested they said it will be 24-48hrs it’s been past 48hrs still nothing no call or email.then I call back to back nobody picks the phone up horrible👎🏾👎🏾 I was better off just going to the hospital to get tested

AVOID!!!!! Horrible. The staff was rude!!!!!!! They were talking on their cellphone while I was trying to reach the office. Then, basically, kick me out without giving me any details of my appointment. I left without getting my covid test after waiting almost two hours!!!!!

I scheduled an appointment for the rapid COVID test. My appointment was at 9:20 am and I’m still waiting! They haven’t even given my ID back! It is currently 11:55 am and I still haven’t got my test yet!
