They were busy but got me in, exam, consultation, and even got a prescription in to the pharmacy before it closed. Everyone was so nice, caring, listened to my concerns. I went there to have my knee looked at. The Dr was very up front saying she couldn't help me. No charge but sent me to a different location for my problem. OrthoMichiganNow Got me in & treated me & i have immediate relief. I can't say enough about my treatment. My Primary said 5 days for an appointment. I'm getting a new Primary!

Of course with any Urgent Care, you should expect to wait your turn. I may have waited 30 minutes, was called back and given immediate attention. The Dr. (can't remember her name) was very attentive. Didn't seem like she was in a hurry to move on. She listened and answered all my questions. W.C.
