The visit was great and I understand it’s an urgent care but I because you offer so many services for “well” people I would recommend creating a sick and well section of your waiting room and/or anyone that is coughing ask to don a mask.

Did not do any of the star reviews. Because I feel they are unfair when taking an account our full experience at Quality Urgent Care. Here's some insight from our visit. I visited the urgent Care with my teenage daughter for an extreme sore throat. Upon our arrival we were greeted and registered promptly. The new trainee at the front desk was very kind. The first MA that took her vitals, was not only in the hallway complaining how she herself did not feel good and had a tickle in her throat. But she was very abrasive not very friendly and also slammed the exam door when she walked out, which startled both myself and my daughter. However, the practitioner that treated her was extremely professional very caring and informative. The second MA that came in for testing was also very friendly and considerate. For these reasons I did not give a star rating. One bad apple can ruin a bunch.

The wait was a little long, but not too bad for a walk in. The desk staff was exceptional and very friendly. The doctor was efficient and the care they prescribed was exactly what was needed. Thank you!

I am so glad that I went to Quality Urgent Care. The staff was kind and efficient. The Nurse Practioner Oxana was thourough, knowledgeable and treated me with respect. I recommend this facilty fo Urgent Care.

Had a little Kitchen incident: accidentally cut my finger tip while food prepped. Could not stop the bleeding. It was 3:30. Pm.  Front desk very friendly and walked me through the check in process. I’m self pay. They collected my fee up front. Explaining the costs.  The nurse was very kind, thorough, and empathetic for my injury. The PA was concerned, informative, and also had empathy for my injury. Gave me options. Both the PA and nurse were also very sterile in their process. And… since it was a metal knife that caused my injury, Tetnus shot time. I didn’t even feel it- same nurse , amazing in her technique. ❤️ PA made sure to check on me before I left.  Done by 4:40.  Have never had a bad experience in this UC location.

Upon entering the facility it was very organized and clean. The staff at the front desk were very friendly and courteous. The physician and her staff were very professional and kind. I think you have a great concept of allowing to schedule appointments. Excellent service all around. AAA+++  Highly recommend your facility

I want him because I've been coughing for since Friday today is Tuesday I'm so sore from coughing she gave me nothing for cough she called me into inhalers much appreciated but I needed some immediately relief for the cough 😔 left feeling the same way I came in I was really a waste of time inhalers are not going to make my cough better overnight and I work with elderly people a steroid shot would have been nice very friendly very nice great doctor just didn't treat me for what I came in there for

all of the staff was extremely friendly, will be returning if i ever need to go to urgent care again!

Dr Solv, I'm sorry to say, you misdiagnosed my injury! Turns out I did not have a dislocated shoulder rather a "closed displaced fracture of surgical neck of the right humerus" per the McLaren Oakland Hospital and confirmed by an Orthopedic Dr. You put me in extreme pain for no reason. No wonder you could not fix my shoulder, it was not dislocated! You were pushing & pulling on a fractured humerus! I have never experienced that much pain in my life! I do not expect to receive any billing at all for what you misdiagnosed Otherwise this issue is not over. I will never visit your facility again.

The staff is friendly. I always have a great experience here and honestly prefer going here over my regular doctors office. It is easy to reach a real human over the phone and the staff is patient when answering your questions.
