I always go to this the Urgent Care, great Staff and care. Never a long wait time.

I injured my thumb and after a couple of days what looked like an abcess had firmed. I had gone to the clinic once in the past and had received great medical care in a positive environment. I easily scheduled the appointment online and completed the forms on the website. This visit was as professional and friendly care. The doctor was wonderful and treated the problem and set up a plan. This is an excellent urgent care clinic and I highly recommend it.

Refused to help me even though she helped me last time, recommended ER even though they can't prescribe medication for more than a few days.

Walking in the door, the staff was…decent. They didn’t really smile, they just asked for insurance card and I.D. The sign in process was easy and quick. After I entered the exam room, the nurse who took my information was friendly. However, when the NP entered to ask why I was there, she was very abrupt and had no bedside manner. She offered to give me some medicine I’d never heard of and got an attitude when I told her I’d rather have the one I was familiar with. She said, “Fine. I’ll call it in”…then she walked out the room mumbling “You’re all set”. I was left in the room bewildered as to what I should do. Just leave and that’s it? Or make a follow up appointment? Either way, I was not satisfied with the service. It would have been nice to have a doctor on staff, but whatever. This place will do if you’re in a pinch, but I wouldn’t recommend it wholeheartedly.

I had a bad toe infection and was a walk-in the staff quickly signed me in. The wait time was about 15 min, the staff was very kind and professional, gave me me great after care instructions.

Well I went to the clinic with a sis on my back I had a big wait time and the dr. Explain to me my persedure was going to take a longer time then the other patients. She explained to me what sis was all about which I didn’t know. I was all together happy with my Care at the clinic. That is all. I’m going back
