my office visit was fine. I had impacted wax in one ear. unfortunately the tech attempted to do the procedure and was not having any success. not very skilled and likely rushed . I was not comfortable at all. the attending PA was great however and did a professional job. he was skilled and deliberate. no issues. I would highly recommend the doctors perform and procedure and leave the routine exam/procedure to the doctors.

It was super easy to book an appointment and fill out all paperwork on line. When I arrived, the staff were personable and professional. Wait time was none existent this day and I was in and out in under ten minutes. This was my first visit to Springfield urgent care and I was truly impressed. I came in with a simple issue with something my eye as a walk in. The staff made sure I knew my paperwork was filled out properly and got me checked in and out fast. I was able to get an answer with what happened to it and got a prescription to help me feel better. The staff were super friendly and knowledgeable. Great experience. I would recommend this urgent care.
