The care was very good. My mom needed her ears cleaned and the doctor cleaned her ears himself. He probably doesn't know how much that helped us. She had a hearing test that was scheduled quickly due to a lost hearing aid. My mom has been through a lot with a recent move into a extended care facility and it helped get her hearing aid. Without it she is nearly deaf. The doctor went over and above to accommodate us. He came from another facility to help. I am the patients daughter and I have been sick with a sinus infection and am very run down and she is adjusting to a big move in her life. The point is we sincerely needed help and and we got it. This man needs a good Medical assistant to step up and help him and his receptionist. A person who is truly working for the good of the patient as they are responsible for this type of care and should be offering their professional help in the community. I have seen this doctor myself and he has taken good care of both of us.

Dr. Ali is the best. Very professional, asks questions, and then gives me medication if needed. I always chose this walk-in clinic. I would recommend him and the office 100%.

Went in today to be looked at for persistent back and stomach pain. The back pain I've had before but the stomach pain was new and I wanted answers. My exam with the NP felt rushed and didn't provide any information that I didn't already know. Before I had a chance to ask questions I was being taken to check out. I was so disappointed, in pain, and frustrated I could barely speak.
