I made the appointment on line and as I was so ill, I drove to a different clinic.  I made a phone call explaining that I had an appointment in 5 minutes and I needed a directions.  The receptionist was so very kind and helpful and I did arrive on time.  The medical staff were so friendly, professional and knowledgeable.  I have already referred this clinic to friends.  Definitely give them 5 gold stars!
