It was hard to check in because my eyes were swollen with pink eye but receptionist didn’t card. Could hardly see the fill out QR code was small on phone.

I scheduled an appointment online without any problems.

Easy to make an apt. Seen quickly. Prescription was sent to my pharmacy and was ready by the time I got there

The only one issue that I had in the clinic with the constant smell of your perfume and flowery stuff that emits through the whole clinic As a registered nurse I found both the clinic the individuals the doctor the assistant and the front desk very professional and very comforting

Excellent customer service ! They managed to open late even tho we had severe weather , my son was very sick and I was in and out in less than an hour ! Staff and Dr were friendly and just great !  I’ve been coming here for sometime now and it’s always so nice !

Easy check in process and minimal wait time. The nurse practitioner was thorough and explained her thought process well.

Best place to go in Keller, Texas for medical services! staff is fantastic and the doctors too! I’ll be going to them from now on

Most of the staff was at lunch when I was there so the lady who handles the front office also did my test. She was fabulous from the start by keeping me informed about the timeline and conducting the test. The Dr/PA was ok.

Doctor was really nice she couldn’t see if my son had an ear infection cause my son had a lot of wax build in cause he produces a lot more than other kids, she didn’t give up she clean them out with the hot water shots and was able to get him checked good and  found what was wrong with him. Besides being very sweet with him!

The nurses were so friendly and helpful however the doctor needed to seriously improve his bedside manner. He was very curt and unconcerned.

Several days cough got terribly worse. Went in early and got in pretty quick. Staff was professional and helpful. Nurse asked good questions and prescribed appropriate medications. Glad I went in. Am getting better. I go there when I need attention now.  5 stars.

I will definitely use this facility again! I got an appointment with 30 minutes of attempting, went immediately into a room upon my arrival, was seen within 1 minute of being in the room and got the care that I needed by kind and well-trained staff. This place is like no other medical care facility I have ever used.

Research indicates that women of color are always the recipient of sub par healthcare. So when I walk in here in pain, my expectations are already low but telling me that you don’t prescribe narcotics before me even checking in is a new low. Please educate your staff.   I’m not here to drug seek.  I’m here to get rid of the pain I have had for a week. This is why we don’t want to come in with an injury.  And why wasn’t the white man with back pain being advised only the same thing?   I won’t be back.  I don’t need to be judged.

Dr.Lee was very kind and helpful with his advice on my ring finger and pinky finger that got hurt I felt alot better after my visit to the clinic and believe my fingers will be just fine. Thank you.

have been dealing with reoccurring itchiness for 5 months. went in for steroid shot, they wouldn’t listen to me whatsoever and put me on anxiety med. it made things much worse and also worsened my mental health. wouldn’t recommend.

Dr Holly, her assistant and the girls at the front desk were professional, personable and very informative of what was needed and what was happening with my granddaughter. Highly recommend this Urgent Care facility in Argyle, TX.
