Baylor Scott & White Urgent Care +, Mesquite

This is my go to urgent care clinic because it’s close to home and in the past I had been very happy with the care we have received. This time around I felt like the provider rushed in and out, she was answering my questions as she jetted out the door. I was a bit disappointed by this NP. The rest of the staff was great per usual.

Husband received a chest xray and urology analysis. Both test results came back in just a few minutes. I liked that lots of questions were asked and I was allowed to explain a couple of my responses for better understanding. Received some future home care guidance for my husband's care. Overall, thourough examination and we only had to wait a short while. Will visit this location again as needed. The only downside, was that the base of the exam table was not clean. Room #2. Splatters and drips.

Had poison ivy on my right arm. Everything went good here.

Well everthings great with the care of me but the cleaning of the restroom 🚻 need to improve and you all need to put some safety bars for disability and clean od the restroom need to improve

It was 20 minutes until they were to close for the day. I had a swollen jaw and it was swelling from the side molar into my neck. I had jammed a toothbrush two weeks earlier on the side of my mouth and apparently it was this night that the infection set in. I felt panicked and full of anxiety. They took me in gave me a shot and perscriped the anti biotics and so my healing began. Although waiting to the following day may of been okay, I had lived with this pain for 3 weeks and so it could of gotten worse and who knows. Just the peace of mind I would use them again for sure, very nice staff and I was the last patient

Thought I had shingles so dropped in the clinic about 12:15 and wasn't called in until about 1:39  or so. I know there were several people called in ahead of me as they probably had an appointment but thought that was extra long. My husband started having a low blood sugar attack shortly after we left. Luckily we had stopped and got some food right before the attack got bad

I have been experiencing an undiagnosed viral illness. I visited the emergency room twice and was prescribed antibiotics during my most recent visit. I felt well for three weeks, but the fever then returned. At my visit to your clinic, I was tested for COVID-19 and I provided a specimen sample. I hope the diagnosis and antibiotics will address my condition. I am grateful for your staff’s efforts and remain hopeful.

Had an accident that caused my finger nail to lift off the bed of my finger. I was able to make an appointment right away. I was attended and give all that I needed to feel better. The attending doctor was very attentive and explained everything that I needed to do with my after care in a way I was able to understand. I would recommend this provider to everyone.
