I was able to book online, which saved time. The receptionist, nurse, and nurse practitioner were all nice and caring. I highly recommend this place.

Easy to schedule, seen very quickly, very thorough diagnosis, explanation, and treatment options. Super convenient so will continue to go here.

I unfortunately have had to visit twice due 2 different ailments. I don't frequent these types of places due to having a long time PCP until he retired. The clinic I currently use does not do work/walk ins, so I found this clinic through my insurance portal. I must say so far, I have had great service and great experience. The staff and NP are great and very professional. I would recommend them.

My review is based solely on the PA. The entire visit was less than 2 mins. There was no examination of the injured area. I was asked repeatedly the same question regarding the injury. I was asked if I was in a fight which shocked me because I clearly advised that I didn’t know how the injury happened. I attempted to show a possible related symptom, but instead of examining (or even looking closely), I was told they would prescribe a medication to cease the symptom. I do know that what I feel the root cause of the injury is can result in escalated medical issues, but time will only tell if I was prescribed something that addresses the injury. I felt that I was treated in a disrespectful way based on my ethnicity and/or appearance. I have a master’s degree, but the provider treated me as if I have a 3rd grade education. Zero empathy or understanding. The provider should be educated enough to know not to judge patients based on appearance. I paid $167 to be prescribed medicines that may or may not be effective. I am addressing this with a review prior to any additional steps I may take.

Had a ring impossibly stuck to my finger. Nurse Practitioner was patient and determined to help me out. Quality of care here is top notch.

Visit was great but they forgot to send my prescription to the pharmacy before they closed, and it needed to be started during a limited window.
