I was referred by the VA. The staff that checked me in was very friendly and the Nurse who triaged me was wonderful. It was the Nurse Practitioner who just stuck her head in the room and said I wrote you a prescription you can leave. She got paid to do nothing didn’t introduce herself properly. I still had to go to the VA for treatment. Will not visit again No I would not recommend

Traveling for work and had sinus infection... walked in and saw a doctor within 15min-30min!... great, friendly, professional service...

So grateful to find out about CityDoc… it is so easy to make your appointment. It seems I think I’m ok til about sundown.  Luckily they’re open til 8. They’re thorough without being annoying, listen to your narrative, and get things done.  Don’t think I’ve ever waited even 15 minutes…. And they take Medicare!

My appointment for my knee went well. Since it was swollen, I decided to see if I could manage without an x-ray. Dr. Garner checked my knee and asked questions trying to determine the severity of the injury and if I needed an xray.

The Visit was good, I did have to wait 30 extra mins to be seen, even though I had a scheduled appointment. The clinic said they had to emergencies that day that pushed everyone's appointments back!

Went in with a suspected bacterial sinus infection due to my allergies since I had no other symptoms other than swollen sinuses and had previously had Covid 2 months ago. I was the first person in the clinic and the wait time was 30 minutes, the front desk person was not personable at all. However, the medical assistant was FABULOUS, she was super nice and had great bedside manner. She took my vitals and medical history before placing me in a room. The NP came in shortly after, woman with pink hair, she was dismissive and would cut me off while describing what was going on. After a snippy lecture on how most sinus infections are viral (which I agreed with) she suggested I take some decongestants. I asked if she was going to provide a list of specific ones when I checked out, she looked at me annoyed and sassily said I should write it down. She also reluctantly wrote a prescription for a z-pack. This prescription was not sent to the pharmacy, and nobody answered the phone when I called, so I had to go back to the urgent care to have them print it out. The medical assistant again was super sweet and comforting, she apologized for the inconvenience and immediately prioritized getting me the prescription. She should be the one running the place imo. 5/5 for everything she did, 1/5 for the rest of the facility.  As to the pink haired lady, the antibiotics are working like I suggested they would. Not viral.

Found my leg to be painful, swollen and inflamed. I was going to wait until I returned to UK to sort it out but found the inflammation tracking on my leg. Having attended a pharmacy for advice, I was given details of an urgent care centre. Staff at the centre could not have been more helpful or friendly. I left within the hour having obtained a prescription for antibiotics and my first dose by intramuscular injection. The doctor was also most helpful in his advice for my flight back to the UK, while the office manager gave me a lift back to my hotel. She even refused to take any money for the journey.

It was so easy to book the appt. The staff is awesome and we were in and out pretty quickly, even with xrays and tests.
