Woke up with a painful stiff arm and made an appointment online  I checked in right before and didn’t have to do anything when I arrived  I got great service  Two steroid shots for my inflammation and I was out the door within 30 minutes! That’s the care I remember coming to Rapid Med for! They are back in business!

The PA was super nice but she gave me a prescription that had iodine in it and I had  a reaction over night.  I am waiting for my doctor to try get me something without iodine.   Nice people though.

I booked the appointment really easily and I showed up 10 minutes early just to wait 15 minutes past my appointment time, then i get checked in and the first lady helps me and gets the preliminary check done before I wait for another 15 minutes for the provider to come in annoyingly long but the provider did I good job caring for me

I left this appointment feeling very uncomfortable after meeting with Isha. When I explained that the ear flushing had not worked, the provider responded defensively rather than professionally. Instead of discussing alternatives or next steps, she told me she had already given me all the options and that there was nothing else she could do. Her tone was dismissive and came across as though she wanted to end the interaction as quickly as possible. I was calm and respectful, and there was no reason for the rude response. Bedside manner and professionalism matter, and this experience fell short. I will not be returning to this location again and would not recommend Isha as a provider.
