Long wait before appointment. Doctor prescribed medication and ordered an MRI, but 4 days later I still haven’t received any notice about either. Maybe there was a break down in the communication with the staff? That’s just a guess, but it would be nice if there was a follow-up, or instructions on when and where to get an MRI and when my prescription will be ready.

The main complaint is the RX wasn’t sent in and you were closed and we had no way of trying to get the meds he needed that night. We were unable to message on the portal and there is no after hours number at all. That is frustrating.
