The Doctor did not conduct a physical exam of the area giving me pain. I thought it was an early onset UTI. Urine sample was negative. Follow up options were provided but she failed to actually look at the area with pain or to palpitate my abdomen to localize the source. Pain has increased today with mild burning.

I scheduled online and it was super simple. However, my experience at the clinic was not like a normal experience. After getting into the room, I waited for nearly 50 minutes before I saw provider and the provider spent all about five minutes or less with me. I’m not sure she even addressed all of my concerns. But put me on an antibiotic and walked me out. Woke up feeling worse than I did yesterday. Definitely need to manage their appointment scheduling or people coming in better.
