Scheduling was so simple.  I was able to do everything without having to call (if you hate making phone calls, this is the place for you).   We waited a little bit, but not too bad.  They have a tv and a busy board wall for the kids to stay occupied.  We had 2 kids that needed to be checked out, with a complicated timeline of illness.  All of the medical staff was very attentive, took us seriously, and really wanted to get to the root of the problem which was wonderful.   We had a really, really great experience.   Would definitely recommend.

They prescribed the wrong antibiotics to my kids. Once the got the test results the sent more antibiotics to the pharmacy without notifying me. As a result my kids been on two antibiotics back to back for 20 days. I don’t recommend this place. They have lake of communication. This is unacceptable as a parent you already stressed with sick kid. Should not be dealing with this level of care. I will never return. It takes 24 hours for lab results but somehow it took them 5 days for our results to come in. Overall very unprofessional clinical office.

We had an appointment at noon but decided to go earlier.  This Urgent Care is so wonderful, I can’t sing their praises enough.  We waited roughly 40 min, which was no fault of theirs, because we decided to go earlier than our scheduled appointment.   Danielle has wonderful bedside manner, explained everything and was able to get our son what he needed.  Thank you again!

The doctor told me that he was going to get me two prescriptions, including a cough suppressant and amoxicillin. The Walgreens pharmacy never received the prescription for the cough suppressant which was the primary medical issue. So the result is, I had a very bad day or two of significant coughing without the proper prescription.
