Staff was very friendly and helpful I would definitely recommend!

Scheduled appointment online and everything from there went smoothly. Great customer service and the Nurse practioner had very pleasant bedside manners. Facility was clean and quiet. Staff wore masks per covid precautions. They took care of my needs. I was there about an hour.

I had made an appointment but not even sure why I did because they didn’t even get me in right away and finally called me back 2 hours later. The provider was very rude and didn’t even want to try to do anything to help me. I actually had to ask her to do x-rays to make sure everything was ok. The X-Ray tech was nice and helped me because I was having a hard time moving. I’m pretty sure I’d never use them again.

I had a blocked ear canal. It wasn’t a major issue and ultimately I ended up getting an over the counter kit to resolve it myself at home. I arrived 20 minutes before my appointment and didn’t get in a room until 20 minutes after my appointment time. They said it was really busy, which it probably was with only one provider but there was almost nobody else in the waiting room. So it didn’t appear busy. Everyone was nice and they tried to unclog my ear but they were not really set up for that. I did like the provider though. I would come back again if I have a more pressing issue.

Enjoy thus urgent care facility but a employee was wearing way, way to much perfume. I'm highly sensitive to these smells and think your office should be free of perfume.

Scheduling was good, did it on line after they were closed. Check in fast, the staff is friendly and caring. My doctor remembered me from last year. This is way easier than my primary care doctor , sadly!

They did a great job of taking care of my elderly Mom

I used the app to make my appointment at 7 am this morning. I took the first time that was available on app which was 8:30. I get there and still had to show my insurance card, and drivers license. Fill out paperwork AND waited until 10:10 to be seen. Why do you have an app to make an appointment if people who walk in are seen before you? I would have been waiting at the door when they opened had I known my appointment was just pretend and it was first come first serve. Staff was great as usual! I just hate the app and I’m wondering why they have it
