My youngest needed to be seen for persistent cough, congestion and recurring sore throat. I was able to schedule an urgent care appointment online, upload all required documents and have a same day appointment that morning. The staff was prompt, friendly and progressional. Urgent care at other locations is usually a crowded, hectic experience with excessive wait times. I’m grateful this was not our experience.
