They were very polite and understanding came in for testing they were very gentle when drawing my blood

There was no benefit of going. $100+ for a Covid test which came back negative. Was not given a real diagnosis. And was only prescribed some ibuprofen and cough medicine. I should have not come and just went to Walmart for a cheaper and equally effective solution.

My child woke up with a common cold that progressed with rapid heart beating. We decided to take him to urgent care and they had a short wait time and the staff was very gentle and cautious with all of the concerns we had.

Everyone in the office was amazing. I’m new to the area and my first time trying to find a walk in clinic on here. Search on a Friday evening seen I could make an appointment and this will be my go to clinic. Even experiencing system issues the front office assistant was pleasant and easy to work with. She apologized (enough though it wasn’t out of her control with systems being down) that the check in progress being slower. Just handle everything awesome. Love love love the nurse, she made my little one feel comfortable and ease the nervous, didn’t rush her at all. She was so sweet and patient. The Provider we seen amazing as well. My daughter was nervous, so she wanted me to get me to my ears and throat looked at first and the provider took the time to do that. I couldn’t praise the medical staff high enough. You could tell they are warm, loving, and compassionate people. All around from the front office staff to the medical staff best doctor office/medical clinic from a human interaction I’ve ever had. Your office definitely knows how to pick the right fits!

My right ear was sore, I thought it was infected. Angela King Pac-C came in the room to examine me, ask me what was going on. I told her I walk with ear buds. She looked in my ear and told me I had a red ear bud in my ear!!!!! It was on my ear canal. Omg!!!! 😵‍💫 She was soooooo gentle when she removed it. She was very concerned and explained everything to me plus the prescribed ear drops. Angela King is AWESOME!!!! THANK YOU ANGELA!!!!

I scheduled online about 15 minutes before my appointment. It was a smooth process getting checked in to see the docs. They listened and made sure I was taken care of. Super quick and convenient. Would definitely go back if needed.

Staff seem to show up late to start at 8 am as they’re not ready when scheduled to open at 8. Could have been in and out sooner with only two people in the waiting room when they opened

The dr was so good. People were so nice. Fast service as well. Answered all my questions

The wait time was great. I was in and out quick. And I feel so much better today. I thought I had Covid. But I have RSV. And the medicine is working and fast.

The doctor I had, she was amazing. She listened to me, and didn't shove me off like I have seen before. She was really nice and understandable. I would love to recommend her to anyone who needs urgent needs. And if she does primary care, I may just switch over.
