Everything was good until I went to my pharmacy to pick up the ordered prescription. Was told by the pharmacy the prescription was a compound and they did not do those. Had to call Access, on phone a long time had to leave a message sent prescription to another pharmacy only to discover it's not covered by insurance. I couldn't pay for it. Pharmacist offered some alternative treatments. Access should know what's not covered.
