Nurse practitioner was very very good. He showed me my X-ray and described what my lungs were doing ie, how they were affected.   He was helpful and I appreciated the explanation .

Disappointed to have had wheezing and coughing complaint dismissed as phlegm and sent home without antibiotics.  Diagnosed at Dr office with walking pneumonia and now on antibiotics.

This location notoriously has the most disengaged staff, with the exception of the practitioner. The front desk is aloof, the med assist or nurse that takes vitals is rude and has zero bedside manner. This location will fold with support staff like this. The Nurse practitioner was great!
