Nurse practitioner was very very good. He showed me my X-ray and described what my lungs were doing ie, how they were affected.   He was helpful and I appreciated the explanation .

Originally went to Warren clinic urgent care but waited over 2 1/2 hours before starting to google other urgent cares. Found solvhealth, made an appointment for 20 minutes later and was seen almost immediately! I felt bad for the people that I left at Warren clinic.

On line scheduling does NOT work!  My wife made an appointment for one location, but they had NOT received confirmation. Made another appointment for another location, was accepted. Went to the initial location, they DIDN’T have my application, but transferred my second appointment to my initial location. They transferred my appointment. Luckily, didn’t wait long. Still got a l missed my appointment text from the 2nd location PLEASE, PLEASE fix your internet appointment issues!

I called ahead to get some birth control and I was told that was okay. I reminded them that's what I was there for when I got there. I had to wait an hour just for the nurse to say "sorry I can't help you."

I went because I hurt my hand. I made an appt, but had to wait 45 minutes past the scheduled time. I expected to pay my usual $20 copay for urgent care. I was told the copay is the specialist copay. I was told it would be $30, then she said $35. I told again that urgent care is $20. She said I'd have take it up with my insurance. She wasn't pleasant. I called my insurance the next day. They confirmed the copay was $20. She said some facilities aren't ethical or are confused about copays. Now I have to file a claim to be reimbursed. If you can get past the staff, the PA that saw me took care of me. I don't need the hassle and will pursue another clinic not affiliated with them.
