I think the visit was great everything about it was really fast very clean and workers were amazing.  The only thing that I don’t like is that you guys don’t have payment plans unfortunately for someone like me that does not have health insurance. It’s very difficult. I basically paid $180 just to get told to wear a brace because I couldn’t afford to pay for the x-ray and the consultation at the same time which is very unfortunate but besides that everything was 5/5. it’s not even a complaint I just wish you guys had payment plans.

Had a really bad ear blockage and was unable to hear. The ear lavage fixed my problem and got me back to living my life comfortably. I am so grateful! Thank you!

Scheduling an appointment was super easy, I was able to book a slot within the next 15-30 minutes. They were able to provide me with my prescription in house within minutes so I didn’t have to make another stop or wait for it to be filled at the pharmacy. I thought the staff were quick but thorough.

The prescribor or Dr that was there was a joke! I think her name was Tan. No bedside manner, very rude, didn't explain anything or seem to care and she was dressed very unprofessional. Looked liked she walked in off the street. Honestly didn't even know who she was when she came in the room and never even introduced herself. Absolutely horrific. Will never go here again.

Missing paperwork for diagnosis and other instructions

Overall a great experience. Quick, easy, clean and efficient. The staff and provider were all relatively timely and attentive. I was in and out in about 40 min which is very fast for urgent care. I waited maybe 15-20 minutes total before entering a room. Got prescriptions without any fuss.

Every aspect of my visit was five-star from the staff to the physician.  I always go to Advanced Urgent Care for my urgent care appointments.

Made appointment day of for a few health concerns. Wait time was maybe ten minutes. They addressed all my concerns.

Woke up with a UTI.  Was able to schedule an appointment within 30 minutes, wait time was about 10 minutes, in the exam room about 10 minutes.  Staff were friendly and on top of it.  Was able to get meds right then, saved me a trip to the pharmacy.  Highly recommend.
