I interacted with the receptionist, a technician, and a doctor. All were very friendly, very reassuring and very professional. There was no waiting time at all...in the time it took the receptionist to help me register, the technician was waiting for me. The staff was extremely helpful and gave me quality time ... answering every question. I highly recommend if you can not get in to see your regular physician!

I would rate this clinic 0, but that is not an option. Horrible treatment from staff, they are rude, in need of urgent culturally competency training, and the whole atmosphere feels wrong. Do yourself a favor and go to the ER or another clinic. ¡Estos no sirven! Si les pudiera dar 0, se los daría pero no es una opción. El trato del personal es horroroso, son súper rudos y no tienen capacidad para trabajar con personas de múltiples raíces culturales. La atmósfera se siente mal. Hazte un favor y mejor ve al hospital más cercano o a cualquier otra clínica de salud. ¡No botes tu dinero!
