Made an appointment. Was told to complete paperwork and everything else online by staff instead of completing in person. Front desk staff not super welcoming. Even with appointment still had to wait. Then felt very much pushed off of concerns. When a test result came back with an abnormal reading staff was not concerned.. I wish they explained this abnormal reading further or requested more tests (whether that be by them or not..) genuinely did not feel helpful to my situation but I understand it’s limited at urgent care. Office was clean and staff conducting labs were great.

Waited almost 3 hours for an employee physical and drug test

Front desk clerk was evasive in letting me know that I was out of network, and since my insurance provider was unavailable after a certain time and couldn’t be reached, she told that my insurance was not active and that I had to pay in full. This was not the case, my insurance was active but I was out of network. She could have provided this information to me but chose to tell me that my insurance was not active. I would say this was very unprofessional.

They all help me really well with a positive attitude !

Staff was A+ Wait time for a 5 minute drug test was a little long (1hour)

clean office, seemed mostly efficient. not a long wait for an appointment. no walk ins until 2 pm was a bit disappointing

Woke up feeling very under the weather. I was able to make a same day appointment! I was running a bit behind so I called and staff was super understanding! They communicated so well with me! Check in was a breeze. Everyone was super friendly.

There was no one else but me that checked in and made me wait an entire hour just for the doctor to come off rude.

They never sent me the prescription Medicine, And they don't answer the phones.

From arrival I was greeted by a very rude receptionist.  It went downhill from here.  I made a scheduled appointment but still waited over 30 minutes to get into a room.  I watched the app and saw we were next, however, she kept putting  other SCHEDULED appointments after ours before us.  When I questioned her she said the wait time through their urgent care wasn’t right.  Also, she charged a $50 Urgent care visit fee when my insurance card says $15.  Again she told me my insurance card copay is inaccurate, lol!  This  place is a joke!!
